Ahuza St 101, Raanana (next to City Hall)
Raanana's first and central synagogue on Ahuza Street beside City Hall. Designed by architect Yehuda Magidovitch, construction began in the 1930s and it was inaugurated in 1939. Large central hall with women's gallery and two side prayer rooms; ceiling painted in 1961 by Meir Ben-Uri with liturgical and citrus motifs. Led over the years by the city's chief rabbis.
